Market Day 6th May

May 6, 2015 @ 10:00 am - 5:00 pm

Friends:
Shhh. Don’t tell anybody, we want to announce this quietly for now. This Wednesday, The Barn at Rosy Tomorrows is serving lunch. It’s not lunch on a grand scale and not with one of our Chef Advisory Board chefs but rather a beginning of the next chapter of what we hope to bring you week after week, season after season. We want to let our Subscribers know first. Come celebrate and explore our unique Southwest Florida cuisine at The Barn. Meat from our organically raised animals that have been born right here, and our organic produce that we grow right here. Wholesome, healthy, with the great local flavor that comes from our North Fort Myers Farm.

We invite you to dine with us in The Barn and taste these dishes created by Chef Lauren:
Red Wattle Pulled Pork with Cuban Oregano in Tangy Coriander Sauce with Collards on a house made flour tortilla $6
Dueling Kale Salad with Fresh Orange Segments, Pistachios, Tomatoes, and Mint Marigold $4.50
Lemongrass Herb Water $1.50
Mint Marigold Sparkling Lemonade $2.50

We will also have the following for you packaged and ready for you to take home:
Nasturtium Pesto with Garlic Chive and Fennel Frond $4.50
Eggplant confit with Tomatoes, Garlic and Cuban Oregano $6
Individual Rosemary Tea Cakes $3.50
Mango-Coconut-Almond Power Balls Rolled in Calendula Petals and Chia Seeds $3.50 for 2

Join us and taste what spring season is all about in Southwest Florida.
