Pork

Our pork is from heritage Red Wattle Pigs, born and raised here on the farm.

In addition to their foraging, we feed our Red Wattles a proprietary certified organic mix of soy free, non GMO whole grains (including oats and barley) adding organic, unfiltered apple cider vinegar to top up their enzymes and friendly bacteria.

No hormones, no steroids, no antibiotics…are ever given to our pigs.

No fertilizers, no pesticides, no herbicides…are ever used on our lush pasture grasses.

This means that every time you experience the mouthwatering meat, you know exactly what you’re eating — heritage pork from Red Wattle Pigs.

Why not pay us a visit and explore the provenance of your food? We open our farm to our members on our Saturday Provision Days, and also share photos on our website, with regular updates on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

  • ‘I wanted the flavors to stand out so only seasoned with salt and pepper. I must say the flavor of the pork was exceptional, it may be the first time I have eaten pork that actually had flavor!! Let’s not even get into the wine pairing opportunities…’Chef James Fraser, Florida Gulf Coast University, M.B.A., C.E.C.
